We want you to love your KINMO products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to request a return
Email us at kinmollc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
